Welcome to my Tribute Fund. I have created this page in loving memory of Teresa to help raise money for Motor Neurone Disease Association.
Teresa was born in Rush, County Dublin. At 16 she left Ireland for Birmingham, England where she worked to send money to her mother & father back home. She later settled in Birmingham were she married, had 5 children; later to be followed by 6 grandchildren.
Teresa loved all children and was indeed gifted in the way she cared and reached out to them.
She became ill in January 2005 and in August was diagnosed as having Motor Neurone Disease. She died on the 31st January 2006.
We thank God for her life and the joy she brought to us. We pray to Jesus & Our Lady to give her rest and peace.

A Beloved Grandmother, Sweetheart and Best Friend.
Kind and tolerant and forgiving of others.
Loved life and family and fun.
So very gifted with children.
Strong in her love of God and Our Lady,
Ever only thinking of others and offering up her suffering.
Now with Jesus, fully restored to all her great vitality and strength.
Watching over us,
Too loved to ever be forgotten,
Still caring,
Forever loving,
. . . Never far away!

Hi, I'm new to this area so this is the 1st time I've read about Teresa, I feel for you all, I lost my lovely daughter Lynn to MND last sept, she was only 39yrs old and she fought the illness for 4yrs, I miss her so much so I understand how you all feel
